Just adding my vote for this feature as well. An option to link a property to Zillow would be excellent. Thanks!8

Hi, Is this still in the works?1

Hello @jhart23,
Thanks for reaching out!
Yes, we are still working on adding Zillow (and Kelley Blue Book) integration in Simplifi, however, I don't currently have an ETA to provide as to when we can expect to see it. With that being said, please be sure to continue following along here for updates!

No update as of yet @jaaberle, however, I do intend to bring this up to our Product Team to see if I can get an ETA for everyone. 🤞

Hello All,
I've requested an update from our Product Team on this request, and although we currently don't have an ETA to provide on when this ability will be available in Simplifi, they did assure me that it's still forthcoming.
We appreciate everyone's patience!

Would appreciate KBB and Zillow links. Thanks2

and to paint the best possible picture for goals, allow the linking of the asset with a loan account! [removed] has this capability as well, though it doesn't always work. But that's why I'm switching to Simplifi right?

Are the names of other budgeting apps censored on this forum as though they are offensive language? Not a good look, Simplifi. Confident companies don't try to pretend they don't have competitors. Competition is good. It breeds innovation and helps us all avoid stagnation.
This sort of thing makes me want to cancel my Simplifi account and go back to the culinary herb.1 -
@khad “censoring” seems to be a random thing since I’ve seen other financial management apps’ names showing up more often then being censored. Not sure what triggers the screening sometimes and ignores them other times.Danny

@khad,
This post might help share a little insight into the topic.

I’ve had posts where the names were left. Its really at the discretion of the Mods…it’s certainly not 100% of the time though.Chris

Not seeing a way I can add a vote (maybe because status is "In Progress", I'm still new to this forum) but anyway, just throwing another vote in, in support of this feature addition.0

Hello @Suki,
Thanks for reaching out!
Although there is no further update to provide on Zillow integration at this time, this feature will become available in Simplifi at some point in the future. Please be sure to stay tuned here for future updates!

Hello @david.stein,
Thanks for the inquiry!
If you scroll just a few comments up, you'll see that the latest update was provided just a couple of months ago (see here). There have been no further updates since that time and we still don't have an ETA to provide.
We appreciate your patience!

This would be pretty sweet.

It would be great to have a connection to an api to pull estimated housing values to better be able to track real estate asset(s). Currently the only way is to create a transaction for changing it or just adjust the opening value? That makes no sense. The market determines the value of the house.1
-
Currently in the property category when I add a property I only have the way to edit the value of that property by entering a transaction for the difference of the old and new values. Because the property I have are not transaction based I would prefer if these values were tracked more similarly to investment values. Being able to enter a specific value at a specific point in time and seeing this information inputed on a graph showing the fluctuation over time. I think this fits property that is not investment based (real estate, jewlery, vehicles, etc.) better than a ledger of transactions.

Is Zillow updates for real estate still on the roadmap?
